Tony Sprake – Principal/Licensee

Born and bred in Maryborough Tony Sprake has experienced the many wonderful opportunities that a regional area such as the Fraser Coast has to offer. He and his wife Jodie are proud advocates for the Hervey Bay/ Maryborough region and feel most fortunate that their three sons Alexander, William and Edward will be able to experience the same safe, uncomplicated and opportunitistic lifestyle that this region still offers. Other than spending precious time with his family, Tony enjoys visiting Fraser Island, fishing in arguably some of Australia’s most abundant fishing grounds found right here in Hervey Bay and the Great Sandy Straits as well as spending time on the highly-regarded Maryborough and Hervey Bay golf courses.

Tony and Jodie are active members within their community with ‘hands on’ involvement and support of a number of sporting clubs and associations as well as various schools within the district.

As 4th generation of the original founding members, Tony joined the distinguished firm of R.G. Sprake & Co in 1995 and has since been dedicated to achieving the status of an expert in this dynamic industry and has attained the qualifications of licensed real estate agent and auctioneer as well as the esteemed title as a registered property valuer under the guidance of his father, Bruce Sprake. Bruce Sprake – Associate

Andrew Meager – Salesperson

Andrew is a local having spent more than forty-five years in the area and he knows what it is like to buy & sell property in the Maryborough area. Andrew, and his wife Pam, have bought & sold several properties (including investment properties) in their 37 years of married life in Maryborough. Frank Catling – Salesperson

Having been raised in Maryborough and attended the Central School and Maryborough Boys High School, Frank considers himself to be a local. He and his wife Rhonda, a born and bred Maryboroughite, have experienced life in other Queensland centres, but chose to return to the laid back lifestyle of Maryborough to raise their two sons, Jason and Ben.
Frank has been involved in many sporting clubs over the years both as a competitor and administrator. Basketball, football, touch, and squash took up much of hisleisure time, but these days you are more likely to find him relaxing in his boat in the Sandy Straits looking for a feed of whiting.
